Eligibility

D.Ed Admission 2024 is conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB), recognized by the state government. The students appearing for Karnataka D.Ed must have qualified 12th with at least 50% marks.

Candidates should properly check the eligibility criteria before applying. If the candidate does not fall within the eligibility criteria, their application will be rejected. The eligibility criteria are as follows :

  1. Applicants must be permanent citizens of Karnataka and should provide valid proof for the same
  2. Applicants should have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board.
  3. They should have scored 50% for General and 45% for SC, ST, and PWD in 12th to be eligible for K.S.E.E.B. Karnataka 2024
  4. There is no age limit for admission to the D.El.Ed course in Karnataka.

Karnataka DElEd Application Process 2024: Documents Required

The candidate will be required to submit the following documents at the time of the counseling process. If any of the documents is not present, candidates can ask
for permission to submit them within a stipulated time limit. Some of the documents are mentioned below for your reference,

  • 10+2 Marksheet and Pass Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Income Certificate
  • Special Group certificate (if any)
  • Physically Disability Certificate (if any)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (only for D.P.Ed Course)
